Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated as soon as possible.
Damages:
Goldshell is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
